When logged in to the website on my desktop browser, I cannot choose the parcel select option. This has happened several times recently. The buyer selected parcel select, but when I go to print that option isn't available.
It is, however, still available if I purchase the label from the ebay app on my phone. Then I can find it on the desktop by going to shipping labels, but purchasing in from the desktop seems to be gone. Anyone else have a workaround for getting it back on my desktop? I can manage the way I have been but it is rather inconvenient.

What are you trying to ship?

I am trying to ship a large box. It is not media mail and it is not cheaper priority. I offered parcel select AND priority to give the buyer the option to pay more to get it faster. She chose parcel select. So I am shipping parcel select.

And the time previous to this one I used parcel select because I didn't want the item experiencing the pressures of airmail. Thank you for trying to find a way around using parcel select, but please trust that I am using it for a reason and am not interested in anything but what I actually asked, which is a way to purchase the labels via the desktop.

This may be due to eBay making a decision for you (and all sellers) when USPS Priority Mail is either the same price or less than USPS Parcel.
They appear to be in the middle of making changes once again to the eBay label page, and this may have something to do with that as well.

@windorphin This is an ongoing problem- I read about it here:

You should add a post to that thread where an eBay employee who's working on the issue can see it. There's also a solution posted in that discussion for purchasing the postage on PayPal in the meantime.

My advice: Go purchase your label someplace else. Pirate Ship is good. Just be sure to enter the tracking number to you eBay transaction as needed since apparently eBay has recently blocked the interface from that site. Right now sellers are not required to use eBay shipping. Many use alternative options and pay with a cash back c.card for obvious reasons.
When and if ebay REQUIRES that you purchase your shipping label from them to avail yourself of any seller protections, we will need to revisit this issue.

I haven't run into that issue and I printed some labels from there not 5 minutes ago. Do you have more info on this?

Unfortunately, no. It was reported on the boards, and likely a thread that was moved to someplace else. It has only been a day or two, so perhaps you are better at using their SEARCH feature to find it than I am.

Thanks people. Priority was not cheaper, so that should not have been the issue.
