Can't print shipping labels

Things were going smoothly for the first 10-12 orders and now I'm unable to print shipping labels.

Payment button is grayed out and at the bottom of the page,  

"We were unable to load payment options,  Please try again later"

I spoke with someone at Ebay just now, and yes, you have to clear your cache and cookies and clear them from "All Time", and you'll be able to print your label.  Woohoo!!!

change your browser, was using edge and had the same problem. went to google chrome and no problem

It's a technology issue some 20 years old now with ebay & they won't fix it. Rule #1 is always "It's user error make them fix it." In regards to chrome, find something more secure than google's open-sourced & self-servicing information gathering tool known as Chrome. It's banned or restricted in many places because it is actually more prone to security issues than even Explorer was.
