Can't print shipping label?

I don't run a business selling on eBay, just random things I need to get rid of but I have sold quite a bit at this point but for osme reason my most recent item I've sold which is a top for a Jeep Wrangler, it redirects me to the Seller Center and trys to get me to make a UPS account and lin kit to eBay. I'ven ever had to do this before. I always ship USPS and it usually just takes me to the shipping page where I verify all the details and then I'll by the label through paypal but now I can't get there.

Did something change? Are we only allowed to use UPS now?

Probably you are being directed to UPS because your listing offered UPS Ground as the only shipping option. I might be too big to ship via USPS.

But before you change carriers, you should check with the buyer. Some have very strong preferences about carriers. And some must use a different address, such as those who must use a PO Box for USPS deliveries.

I only ever offer USPS. I don't give the buyer the option so I don't understand why that would be a thing. I don't have a problem using UPS but it won't even let me make the account. Just keeps telling me it failed to create. No specific errors, just to try again later. At this rate, I'm going to go past the handling time.
