Can't print more than 5 labels for one order???

Had an order for 10 item to one customer. These weigh 34 pounds so it's easier/cheaper to ship individually. After buying 5 individual labels it wouldn't let me purchase anymore. I contacted ebay support and they said I can only buy 5 labels per day??? Not sure what that was about. Told me purchase my other labels elsewhere. Makes zero sense. Anyways, does anyone have any insight?? Thanks

It's not 5 labels per day. It's 5 labels per transaction.

If you already maxed out your 5 label quota you'll have to purchase the remaining labels off eBay - for UPS or USPS go to pirateship.com for comparable rates. You'll have to send the remaining 5 tracking numbers to the buyer through eBay messages since you can only add a max of 5 tracking numbers to the transaction.
