I have the same page today but only on 1 sold item.  i can print labels for 2 other items i sold after the problem item.

If you are able to purchase and print postage using a private or incognito browser window, try clearing your cache in the original browser.

A lot of folks have been having issues today. Many different posts about it. I did not have an issue about an hour ago but it might be a regional server issue.
