Can't get Ebay Standard Envelope to show up as an option for shipping for coins

So I have tried different categories in the "coin" section to try and list them with the Ebay standard envelope option, but it just won't show up. I've tried using flat rate, calculated rate and it doesn't matter. The size is 2 ounces, there's 2 coins and 6 x 5 x .25. Made sure the weight and size were right and it still won't show up. What am I missing? I've only used it a couple of times but I think I'm doing things right but it's not an option. Thank you!

So I switched categories from paper money, coins, lot, to Kennedy half dollars and now it shows up. Not sure why it won't work in the other category. I have a penny and a half dollar so was trying to list in the paper money, coins, lot category...didn't work.

Because "lots" do not qualify for ESE.
