I had somebody bid on an item as soon as it was about to end and then eBay told me that he won the bid and to ship out the item and so I did and then the guy never paid for the item so the guy got the item for free and it's a $260 item and I have the tracking number and it shows that he got the item but the guy will not respond to any of my messages an eBay is not doing a thing to help me eBay's customer service is absolutely **bleep** there is nobody to talk to like Amazon there's nobody to State your complaint to that is just nothing crazy

You shipped BEFORE you were told by eBay "OK to ship"?

You didn't check to make sure the payment was in your account before shipping?
Did they say to ship it or get it ready to ship?
If you shipped before you were paid, they won't do anything to help.
How did you get the buyers address if they hadn't paid?

ebay lets you know when its time to ship in seller hub
at the top of the page in seller hub is the number of items awaiting payment
that number cant be hacked or manipulated at all
I might look into my payments once a week but you need to rely on seller hub and not managed payments.
managed payment keeps track of your money. seller hub is for safe shipping

Is it possible that you got an eBay message from the actual buyer that told you to ship, stead of that message being from eBay?

is this the same sale you were referring to in the other thread....
you indicated you had pending funds....you left nasty feedback for a buyer that paid you...
We explained how the system works....either you aren't listening or you are ignoring our replies.....

Ebay never tells you your item sold and to ship it. Says get ready to ship.(that means after payment).

Is this the same one you were talking about 2 days ago?
For that one you said
"Yes I checked it and there's money on my eBay account: but it won't transfer to my bank"
You are going to have to wait until it is transferred to your bank. Does your eBay account say it is still there?

Please read up on how the managed payment system works before you leave anymore feedback for buyers

If eBay told you to ship, you ship. As a new or infrequent seller, your payments can be held for up to 30 days.
It makes no sense to badger the buyer.
You didn't happen to be communicating via personal e-mail or texting with this buyer? That can create another set of problems if that was going on.
i.e. buyer sends you a fake email that tells you to ship and then you will receive your payment.
