Despite being involved in over 500 transactions, to the best of my recollection I've never head to make a return
That changed when I received a $3 item (part of a larger, more expensive order) broken.
I sent a picture of the broken item, asked for a refund and on the very last day the seller had to respond, I was told that it had been granted, and that I needed to ship the broken item back to them. I printed an eBay generated label return that said postage paid and rushed it to the post office so I'd make my deadline for shipping it.
When I got home, I went to mark the item as shipped, only to find that eBay was asking me for a tracking #. I'm not sure if there was one on the shipping label, but I no longer have it as I printed it and attached it to the envelope.
Is there any way to find the tracking # and/or the return label? I'm worried that without it, the seller won't honor my return.
Thanks in advance
Mark

I haven't done a return in a while, but the last one I did in 2018 had an email with a link to the return label ... you can check for that. If it is not there, you can call customer service to get it.
