We are located in the United States and the customer in the Netherlands would like to return their items. We've agreed to pay the shipping cost and have accepted their return request. eBay asks us to provide the customer a return label, but we can not find the option to print it.
Is it possible that we are not able to print a return label for an international customer? We only print labels from USPS, maybe that's why?
