To continue this multiple years old problem, closed without any solution despite years :
https://community.ebay.com/t5/Shipping/I-need-my-own-members-ebay-com-address-to-pick-up-my-shipment...
The seller used (automatically or not, I don't know), my fake ebay generated email, for fedex (with a code that I must give also), and then now I must give in Fedex website the code received... and the email related.
But I don't know what is this ???@members.ebay.com email, so I may not be able to receive what I paid.
I've looked in transaction, details, everything I could find on ebay (or paypal transaction), and this ebay email is nowhere.
What is the solution ?
Thank you !

eBay does not give sellers access to buyer emails for privacy reasons, and to prevent off-eBay shenanigans.
When a buyer places an order, eBay generates a masked email. If I, as a seller, were to email that masked email it would find its way to the buyer after filtering through eBay's system.
So you can ask the seller what the email is as the seller can see it on their order details, but the problem @agukha is it's not an actual email account where you can check for messages that eBay may have blocked (such as a message from FedEx).
So my suggestion is to contact the seller. Since this is post-transaction you are able to share your real email with the seller to work out the delivery issue. Ask the seller if they have any ability as the shipper to contact FedEx with the new email or to get the code needed for release. If they purchased the label through eBay then they won't have a shot since the FedEx account is in eBay's name. It's only an option if the seller used their own FedEx account.
Since this problem comes up so infrequently, it leads me to believe there's a good chance the seller used their own FedEx account. Usually you can use the buyer's phone number (which sellers do have visibility to) instead of an email with FedEx and UPS so I don't know why this seller is shipping the way they are.
If contacting the seller doesn't resolve the issue, come back and give us an update.
Maybe somebody else with more experience in this area will find your post and be able to help more than I can.

It's not a fake address; it's an encrypted one. It is possible to receive email from the outside world to that address if the sender knows what your encrypted address is.
One workaround to obtain your encrypted address is to send someone a test message from your Messages page (via your My eBay page). They should then open your test message in their off-eBay email account, the one associated with their eBay account, and your encrypted email address will be there for reply purposes.
If you want to send me a message from your My eBay Messages page (i.e. from your eBay buying account, not from this Community Group login), I should be able to reply with your encrypted address for you. A link for contacting me is on my feedback page as well as via any of my listings.
Your encrypted address remains in effect for up to 12 months from its last use, so I think it would be the same one that FedEx is asking you for.

Okay, I had to do a bit of workaround to bypass eBay filters, but if you check your messages now, I think you should be able to see what I see as your encrypted email address. Let us know if that works! 🙂

Well, here's hoping... 🙄 The encrypted email address looked a little different than what I was expecting, although it was also carrying a French suffix on the address since the OP is in France, so I would say that our chances of solving this are... oh, 50/50, let's say.

Ahhh yeah that complicates things, the international aspect.

Thank you very much for the investigation !
For the moment, I don't have received the message (I've looked in community, in ebay messages, and on my personnal real mail (and in spam just in case), maybe there is a delay or checking from ebay side.

Once the seller entered the anonymous email when he sent my Package. Because of this I could not track the packgage. The package almost got sent back because of this. I just need to be able to enter it in my package tracking apps and confirm it. I would never use it for anything else. I don't care if there is an AI reading every message sent through it.
Ebay seriously need to let us know the email they provide for us. This is such a non-solution. If we wanted to do off-site shenanigans we could just call on the telephone or send a snail mail, all contact information is printed on the invoice when I get the package.
