Can't find info on changing shipping labels to 4X6

I'm using a Chromebook and trying to change from my desktop printer which is set at 8.5X11 to my new thermal printer which uses 4X6.  I see how to reprint labels, but can't find a link for setting shipping label format.  Thanks to any who can help.

First make sure your label options are expanded:
