Can't find QR code

I purchased a QR code through Ebay with USPS.  Ebay SAYS QR CODE WILL BE EMAILED TO ME. They only sent a link or something with a generic qr code. I  only have phone. No computer or printer. I tried everything to find the qr code but never could. Never got refund from USPS as far as I  know, either. .  My QUESTION IS : WHY DOESN'T THE QR CODE JUST COME IN THE EMAIL, ( LIKE EBAY SAYS IT WILL) SO I DON'T HAVE TO SEARCH ALL OVER EBAY TO FIND IT?  MAKE IT SIMPLE-I OPEN EMAIL- I CLICK ON QR CODE AND VOILA, THERE IT IS, SO I CAN USE IT AT POST OFFICE.

I ended up just printing label at home, yes, it's extremely inconvenient.

Isn't the QR code in the app where you purchased the shipping label?

I've never used the QR code for shipping, but seems extremely logical to me that when you purchase the label using QR code, that it will be accessible under the order that the label is for, and you can pull it up from there whether app or browser on phone.

I can pull my labels up that way -- thats why I expect QR code to work the same.

I see it talks about emailing it though...but I would still try what I suggested? Just a thought...

QR code can be purchased through either the website or the app, then the code is emailed to the seller.

Did you check your email spam folder @113113 ? If it's not there you can access the QR code by downloading a copy.

To download a copy of a QR code through the reprint function, go to this page, find the order and select Reprint from the Actions drop-down. The reprint option is available for 7 days.

Thank you for getting back to me. Unfortunately I have checked the spam folder and found it also lacking. 

The QR cannot currently be purchased expressly, it can only be purchased as part of a bundle "purchase label and qr code".  At least that is all I am seeing.  I have purchased "label and qr code" but found did not recieve an email with my qr code, despite being told I would after making the purchase. 

When I click on the "reprint" button, it only gives me the option to print or download label, not qr code. It does not provide qr code. 

Any other suggestions please?

yes, it usually is right there. There is usually button offering QR code, and I've been using that for a while.. It's not there anymore. Now it's "purchase label and qr code" and it says QR code will be emailed to me. Previously It would just download directly, but offered email. Now it just says  it will be emailed to me, and it isn't being emailed to me.

Have you tried it right now? It was a pretty recent change. I used to use the QR codes all the time with no problem, it'd just download upon offer. 

Yes it should be right under the drop down of the item of the order, yes. I have tried that. That is also where I could find it before. It's not there anymore. 

Maybe it doesn't work on desktop anymore?

Hey @113113 - thanks for providing that info. Are you using the website or the app? Are you able to post a screenshot of what you're seeing on the reprint page?

Through the website this is what you should have seen on the confirmation page purchasing the label/QR bundle:

The reprint page should look similar with a QR button at the top and a label button underneath.

Follow up @113113 - if you're using mobile, switch to the classic view website as I'm able to pull up the QR code that way with the label/QR bundle.

It's possible eBay still has work to do on mobile with this rollout of a new bundle feature. Try pulling up the classic web version for your immediate needs today.

There's a bug I think on the label purchase page. The two options (checkboxes) for free printing and demanding an adult signature are greyed out/disabled.
