If yes, I can’t create a fed ex label. All kinds of warnings appeared at the top of the page after 3 failed attempts. I’ll give it another go tomorrow.

this error usually occurred for me when using the iPhone eBay app. additionally it happened when there wasn't already funds in my managed payments from a previous sale (before the funds were released to my bank)

change you credit card info or use a different web browser helped solve the problem. 

do not continue with the same credit card or PayPal account over and over this may cause chargebacks and issues with PayPal later down the line

I'm have also been unable to print a label all day, in my case eBay International to Canada.  Phone agent said he was reporting problem but it has not been corrected.  All we can do is keep calling. The squeaky wheel gets the oil.

had to use the bulk shipping tool to generate my labels. the purchase shipping label button to purchase labels individually is still not working on both of my ebay accounts. if you are having problems try using the bulk shipping tool.
