Can't change postage option

Buyer paid £6.92 for Evri next-day postage. When I navigate to the Pay for Postage page, the 'Review and Pay' box shows £2.75 for  basic postage. I can't find any way of changing the posting option. Thanks

Hey devon@ebay kyle@ebay elizabeth@ebay - Sheila was working with her UK counterpart because there's been an exponential increase in posts from UK members needing regional-specific help that are lead here from an erroneous link somewhere within the UK site. Can one of you follow up on this?
