An issue I've been having is that whenever I list an item that is 1 pound or heavier, Ebay insists on making the package dimensions 25x12x4. Whenever I try to edit this or the weight and click "Apply", Ebay automatically puts the dimensions/weight back to its orginal suggestions. This makes it so I have to get on mobile to change the weight, or the shipping costs stay inflated. How do I fix this? Or should I look into just doing flat rate shipping?
