Can't Select Ebay Standard Envelope

I'm trying to ship a trading card with the Ebay Standard Envelope option, which it let me pick before I sold it and is the option the buyer selected, but it will not let me use it now. The item I'm trying to ship was listed under CCG Individual Cards. Why can I not ship it with the Ebay Standard Envelope?

The upper limit for ESE service is $20 and it sold well over that. It'll have to be sent first class or above but it's well worth it if the item sold for $65. Just go ahead and ship as a small package.

This appears in your listing, though I don't know how they let you select that option if the BIN is over $20 to start.

This is happening to me too.  Save the listing as a draft on your phone, and finish it on a computer.  That’s been working for me.
