First time using FedEx. I followed a link from a message I received from eBay ("Save 20% on Final Value Fees if you switch to FedEx or UPS"). Took me to Seller Hub, Manage Orders Awaiting Shipment. I selected one to print (Shipping from PA to UT); I chose FedEx service (price was significantly less); I clicked the little box to accept the Terms & Agreement; then clicked "Purchase and Print Label".
NOTHING HAPPENS!!! I CAN'T PRINT THE LABEL!!
On that same screen, it also says "Choose Method of Payment", and underneath it says "You'll be charged when the label is used". THERE IS NOTHING THERE FOR ME TO SELECT PAYMENT METHOD!!
Yet it says "Buying on eBay you saved $55" !!!???? NO, I DIDN'T!!! I CAN'T PRINT THE FREAKING LABEL!
I'm so angry right now!!! Wasted a bunch of time looking through Help and the eBay Community (ALL THE OTHER PROBLEMS SELLERS ARE HAVING!). It's RIDICULOUS!!!
I backed out of the whole thing, started over and printed label as I normally would (for USPS Priority)! Too bad I couldn't actually get all the savings touted!!! Additionally, SO MUCH WASTED TIME I'll never get back!
