I recently had a new version of Stamps.com software installed and ever since it would go ahead and put in the tracking number to my Ebay order and then after doing this one or two times it could not and then I would have to manually enter it and then log in and out and start the process over again. Today I called their tech support and the person tried to fix it and they couldn't and I think he said it might get fixed during the next update and said they would give me two months of free subscription. Then later I got in a new item and tried to import it on the software and it won't import it at all and I called back again and the person tried to fix it and couldn't and said they would contact me back tomorrow to try to fix it. Does anyone else have this problem?

I'm not using Stamps these days but did for many years.
I have had this issue in the past, two things that could be causing it.
1 - your authorization to access eBay may no longer be valid, you need to reconnect / authorize access.
2 - The date that Stamps will import from may be messed up, you might need to reset the last import date

I do not have any experience with the most recent version of Stamps so things may have changed a bit, the version I was using last year was kind of tricky to find the place to reset the import date.
