Can't Generate Scan Forms

Hope everyone is doing well!

We've been having issues generating a SCAN form for all our USPS packages. I'm sure you guys have seen it before. Sad box with "Error generating scan form".

This has happened throughout the year, and usually within a week it comes back. Now that we are in the holiday season, it is tough to drop off a lot of packages, and not give the people @ USPS a scan form. They all know me, so they get it, but still.

Reaching out to see if anyone else has had this issue, and if maybe there's a workaround or fix I don't know about?

Hi @wastingtime101 thanks for tagging me. The fix for this issue will be implemented soon, ETA for completion is appx 2 weeks. I will follow up here once issue has been resolved. Apologies for any inconvenience.

FYI @secondchancegaming.

If you rely on the scan form then you can opt to use a different shipping service provider until eBay confirms the issue is fixed. PirateShip.com is a good option.
