I bought an item that said it was located in California. Turns out it was actually in Sout America and used DHL shipping. It was supposed to be 3 days shipping but nope. I looked at the DHL tracking online and sent them an email because of the delay. I got a call today telling me that they have been delayed on everything for 2 weeks since January in Venezuela. I find it hard to believe that my seller did not know this since its been going on for some time. Very deceptive.

Nope that’s a policy violation right there. File an item not received case since the delivery estimate has passed and ask eBay to step in after 3 business days if the seller hasn’t refunded you.
