Can not print shipping label?

Have not sold on Ebay in years and this experience isn't convicting me to do so again. I have a paid for label for USPS and the label will not print , it keeps looking for thermal sticky I think. Ebay info says you do not need sticky paper and it will print on regular paper? No it will not, and I have 16 dollars in this label and can't print it.
How do I get his label to print to regular paper?

That sounds like a home printer problem.

Check the basic stuff:

Are all cables attached?

Not low on ink?

Is it printing to the correct printer (I rotate between 3 set up for my laptop)

No paper jam?

You could go to library or a friend, access your eBay from their computer,  bring up your Purchased Labels, and print from there.

Does one of your print options allow you to save the label to a pdf file?  If so you can save that file and then print the label on regular paper using Adobe Acrobat Reader for pdf files. {free and safe}

Go to the line on your browser window > File > Print... click the down arrow next to the default printer > select "Save to PDF", Then open PDF file in Reader and print from there.
