I understand your complaint but when you think about it, it is a pretty good deal. They staff who knows how many people and do try to keep improving things. All things considered, the fees are pretty reasonable, in my opinion. Of course I would rather get all the money. But then I would be stuck dealing with the nonsense all by myself. What we save in shipping alone covers some of the fees. I don't know. I am old enough to remember when I had to buy an ad in the newspaper if I wanted to sell something. And I paid whether it sold or not. That was not good.
However I do need this issue fixed. I am sure they will get it up and running again soon.
