Hi i feel like i got robbed because i ordered a part on the 20th and tried to cancel it 10 mins later. So the past few day's i been messaging the seller to tell them to cancel and do not shipping part but no response. Now today is the 24 and the part showed up so i opened up a return claim and they denied it but it's not my fault they ignored my messages and shipped the part anyway.

Buyers can only request to have an order canceled and it's up to the seller if they want to cancel or not.
If the seller has a no return policy and you received what you bought, there isn't much you can do.

When you buy something on eBay, if the seller does cancel it for you, they don’t get all of their seller fees refunded, so they end up paying for your error, which is why some are so reluctant to cancel.

You didn't get robbed... you received what you ordered.
With that being said, I honor cancellation requests for this very reason... to avoid a Return. Your seller doesn't, it appears. I assume you were truthful in your reason for the Return request... kudos to you for that. Good luck.

No one else to blame for completing the transaction and having buyers remorse.

I often ship items faster than 10 minutes, the post office is only 100 feet from my front door. You received what you ordered in 4 days, perhaps it had been processed before your request came in. Even if not, the seller as others have stated, did not have to accept a cancellation request.
Perhaps a tough lesson to learn, but don't blame others for your mistakes. Enjoy the item, you wanted it enough to buy it and now you have it!
For what it's worth, as a buyer, you had 1 hour to cancel the item yourself.
This is unless as I have covered above the item had been shipped before you tried to cancelled it.
After an hour, you have to ask the seller to cancel.

Nope! I cancelled plenty of times on buy it now after i paid and it was less then 10 mins and it wouldn't let me cancel my order. What's the point of having the option when u can't use it.

As pointed out by others, it's optional for the seller as to whether or not he wants to cancel it.
You have "cancelled plenty of times"???

eBay allows buyers to request to cancel the transaction right away after buying, but unfortunately the seller doesn't have to comply. If you no longer want it resell it.

I'm just saying it was less then 10 mins and i couldn't cancel. So how they going to say no returns on a automotive part if it came damaged or not working I'm suppose too take that loss?

Sorry sir it was 10 mins after i paid ebay said it's too late to cancel my order that's why i messaged the seller 5 times "plz cancel"no response or tracking # but the package shows up 4 day's later with the tracking on the package.

When i paid it was less then 10 mins and i hit cancel ebay said i have to contact the seller. Ppl saying u have a hr too cancel but that's not true.

No return policy on a auto part i don't get that so accept a broken or non working part and deal with it?

Sellers do not have to cancel an order. They do have fees to pay if cancelling. It sounds like you cancel frequently. I would suggest you do not order until you KNOW you will NOT be cancelling. If not, expect some sellers to not see or honor your requests. It is not fair to the sellers to do this.
