I printed out a label for the address given to me through PayPal and Ebay told me the buyer's preference was USPS when I was creating a label. So I made a label with USPS with the Paypal address. I contacted buyer to reconfirm before shipping and they said USPS doesn't deliver to Paypal address and only UPS delivers to it. They told me if I want to use USPS I need to use a PO box address which they sent to me through chat. But I read that if I don't use the address given through Paypal, I won't get sellers protection. If I void the current USPS label, can I make a new one with UPS?
I know my other option is to refund the buyer and ask them to purchase it again but that seems like a lot of work and more complicated.
