Can I print USPS Scan form on 4x6 paper?

I use a thermal printer to print shipping labels, and my local postperson is getting tired of having to scan through each package every time. I would love to print them a scan form to make things much faster, but I only have a thermal printer, and I can't seem to find an option to print the page on a  4x6 label. Please help?

Nope, what I do now is just take a photo of the scan form barcode with my phone and show it to the postperson. They can scan it from there with no issue.

I was able to make it work by changing the Scale ratio to 63%.  At that level, it was still big enough for the reader to scan it and it still shows the quantities of each category.  When printing from the browser, my Mac would allow my to select "custom" then change the ratio.   I would have to switch it back to "default" to print normal labels.
