I sold an open box DVD set that buyer claims was missing a disc. Luckily I was able to acquire the missing dvd without much cost. My question is, can I create a new label for this shipment under the same listing? It seems it is allowing me to do so but I do not want to mess up anything in the original transaction and shipment by doing so. My main want for doing it this way is to ensure that everything is documented within ebay in the event this is escalated for any reason.
Yes you can, "Print another label". Both tracking numbers will automatically be associated with the order. It will default to the original size and weight so make sure to change that.
