I have a couple of dozen listings for hand crafted items on eBay. For three years I've offered free shipping and never had a problem. Now I've one listing for a $4 hand crafted item. It's an item that normally a shopper would buy 3 - 6 of, but these are being bought just one at a time and I suspect it's to be used as a pattern so the buyers can make their own. What I'd like to do is add shipping if they only buy one of these items, and offer free shipping for 2 or more of them. Is there a way to do this without messing up the free shipping on my other listings?
The heck of it is - the pattern for this $4 item can be had for free on the internet.
