Can I get a refund on a UPS unused shipping label where void is no longer an option?

So I made a bit of a goof as many sellers can do when we rushing to get things out of time.  I accidentally printed a UPS label instead of a USPS label and  didn't immediately void it.  I thought UPS which I never use was like Fed Ex who doesn't charge for labels unless they get used.  I lost about $18 on the label which I know it isn't a huge amount of money but it's enough to irk me because I don't feel like donating to large corporations who have more money than most of us will ever see in a lifetime.

So my question is, is there away to get back this money from the unused UPS label that has passed the void option by about two weeks?  And where does all this money for unused labels on eBay go for people who forget to press the void option on either UPS and USPS labels?  I  just don't see any justification in any company keeping funds from these unused labels where no service has even been performed.  Whether it's eBay, Paypal or the shipping companies.

You can go to the UPS website and search their help section, or give them a call.

And the money, as you said, goes into the shipping company.

Never sell anything on eBay that you can't afford to lose.
