Tracking shows item was delivered April 10, but buyer says it's not in their mailbox. Package shows delivered in same town where buyer lives. Is there any way to find out exact address delivered to?
Also, if this is not rectified, will USPS insurance usually cover this type of thing? Thanks.
And I agree with many others. USPS seems to be messing up big time right now.

Call your local post office and have them look into it. You can also file a missing mail case at USPS.com
In most cases insurance will NOT cover it if it says delivered. I have had nothing but trouble, I receive others mail and they get mine all the time. I had to switch to direct payment of credit cards due to lost billing statements.

Solved. Buyer lived in apartment and asked to have all the mailboxes opened. Found it.
