Can I create a shipping discount specifically for North America?

Hello all,

I would like to do a shipping discount promotion to allow free express shipping for all orders over $85 but I only want to offer this discount to North American customers.

Problem is I do sell internationally about 20% of the time so all of my listings have the option to purchase from most countries.

Is there a way I can create a free express shipping promotion like ive described above specifically for USA and Canada ONLY without disabling option to purchase internationally on all of my listings?

Offering this promotion globally would zap my profits hard on international purchases

Yes, since you have a store subscription you can create a shipping promotion from this page. The promotion will apply only to US addresses.

Orders shipping to international addresses will see whatever you set up for international shipping and will be unaffected by the promotion.
