I bought some clippers recently that said they were delivered but were not. Long story short, I called UPS and they said the tracking # was an amazon tracking # but could not provide more info so obviously I was scammed. Already started the claim process with Ebay and contacted PayPal but annoying that I now have to wait till the 21st to give the seller an opportunity to resolve. In the mean time this ebayer is doing this to sooo many others. When I bought the item, the guy had a few negative reviews out of 2000+ so I didnt think much of it. As soon as I realized what had happened to me, I went back and saw they Ebayer now has 80+ negative reviews and counting.. HOW do we get this guys account shut down??? Its crazy we cant somehow alert Ebay and report these **bleep**s!

Good point, I hope there is a way that Ebay take back the money from this POS. Even if I get mine back, I hope this A hole doesnt get to keep the money everyone paid and walk away with it..

It looks like the seller's account has been shut down with at least 100 buyers giving negative feedback stating they never received their merchandise. I would think that eBay needs to see what's going on and refund these buyers.

Nope, eBay is run by a bunch of idiots and they sided with the seller saying it shows it was delivered. How they cannot figure out that there are ppl from China and other countries running this “ships from the US” scam, is beyond me. I searched the forums and there are posts from others since 2015 with sellers doing this. They know about it and just don’t care and don’t honor their money back guarantee. Unbelievable...can’t even call eBay cause things are shut down to the virus so I’m stuck with trying to email them. I have a case filed now with PayPal. Hopefully PayPal reps aren’t a bunch of morons that can see the seller obviously ripped a ton of ppl off.

Wooooooow and eBay removed my negative review along with a ton of others..are they trying to cover this up???!!! I just sent a question in for an appeal wondering how TF am I suppose to acquire new info other than the weight is off and ups not allowed to provide more info?? if I don’t win this and get my money back, I’m cancelling my eBay account which I’ve had since early 2000s since they no longer can assure me that sellers won’t rip me and others off in the future.

I have been trying desperately to get eBay to respond to a scammer that did the same thing to me and dozens of buyers over the past few weeks—to the tune of nearly $40k—but though I have managed to speak with numerous eBay reps online (eBay's Twitter account team responds quickly), the fraudulent seller's account is still active, and it appears the seller likewise managed to have at least some of the negative feedback left for them removed (they even made their feedback page private!) Apparently, this "same zip code scam" is the perfect crime, and because these fake deliveries show as "delivered," criminal eBayers are getting away with it over and over again. eBay allows this loophole to exist. How could eBay be this dense?

Unreal...I’m sure the seller that scammed me also got away with 10s of thousands too. With everything going on with the virus, eBay scammers must be taking advantage and eBay reps don’t give a F. Sounds like they are just letting it happen with no consequences. Guess I’ll cross my fingers PayPal will help. If PayPal and eBay don’t, then it’s onto trying my bank

You lost because it shows delivered to your zipcode and that's all the seller needs to win. Your feedback was removed because you lost the case. What you need is the information/evidence it was mailed to a different address you'll need to provide that to eBay when you appeal the case

Appeal with eBay first. You'll get the same result filing with paypal since it shows delivered to your zipcode you need some kind of evidence from the delivery services that it was not sent to your address. It doesn't have to show what address you're not asking for private information but you need to have something from them saying it wasn't delivered to you

Any advice on how? I already contacted UPS and they told me over the phone it was not delivered to me but because of their policies, cannot provide me with who or where it went and they have nothing they can give me that would say it was not delivered here..
My gut is telling me these scammers know how hard it can be to prove this and are taking advantage of eBays policies on this. Maybe I should just go make a fake account and do the same since Ebay doesn't seem to give a **bleep** about loyal customers.

Its too late..I already made the claim with PayPal and am waiting on a verdict which sounds like it'll be in this sellers favor. TOTAL **bleep**.

Ask UPS to provide a letter stating it was labeled and delivered to an address that is not yours (make sure your address is in the letter). If they refuse to send a letter, I would do a chat session with them on their website and have the chat e-mailed to your email address.
