Camera Lithium Battery Label Via USPS Ground Advantage

I have an old digital camera  I would like to list. I have done due diligence to see what is required for shipping via USPS .  Still, the USPS website and Youtube video leave me with several questions

1. What special label do I need to affix to the box and where do I get it? Frankly, this should be a free dl from USPS.

2. I am assuming Ground Advantage is the correct service

3. What other box markings are required?

When I send a package out USPS....when I visit the post office...that is one of the questions they ask that I have to answer yes or no before they process it on a machine(the one that you process your credit card)....key word they ask "battery". Not sure what happens when you say yes to the question.

I believe they put a ground only tag on it.. that is what they did when I mailed a lap top to my brother in law.
