Calculating shipping for articles of clothing

I am wanting to list several work shirts that I have for sale.  I have quantity of the same style shirt in different sizes. My issue/question is when it comes to the shipping part.  If someone only buys one shirt that is pretty easy to figure, however Im trying to figure out the best way to list it with shipping to cover if someone wanted to buy say 15 of the same shirt and have them all shipped together.  What would be the best and most convenient way for me the seller and for my buyer to do the shipping?

I use calculated shipping for all my items, entering the weight of the package.  My shipping rule is to ADD THE WEIGHTS.  However, ebay has difficulty if one item uses first class package and another uses priority shipping.  You could like using fixed price shipping: same cost for everyone.  If you do that, you enter the shipping cost for the first item, and then there is a box to enter the price for each additional item purchased from that listing.
