Calculated Shipping Fees

Hi:)  I have a question, I had a chair listed for local pick up only.  A buyer wanted it shipped, so we packed it and took weight and dimensions and got the eBay rate for UPS.  I revised the listing to show shipping available, and chose UPS, with eBay rates.  , but the shipping charges are showing much higher, not the eBay rate.  How do I fix that?  Thanks in advance for any help:)

Is this what you already did: Go to https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf and modify " offer carrier specific discounts to buyers. Revising the listing may not have the rate type change. you may need to start a new listing.
