CD Mailers Needed

Yes, I have cardboard and Poly Mailers (#0,# 2,# 5,# 6), but I will soon need to ship a load of CDs in jewel cases.

I would rather not hear from buyers that the jewel cases cracked in shipping, so shoving it into a #0 poly mailer and sending it may not be the best idea.  I am not sure adding a piece of cardboard or two will do much but stiffen the poly-mailer.  It won't get the load off the jewel case if USPS puts a box on top of it.

Does anybody know where I could find maybe 25 corrugated cardboard mailers for a good price (i.e. $15 maybe $17 )

I am looking for something like this but preferably from eBay:

https://www.amazon.com/Aviditi-Corrugated-Mailer-Length-Height/dp/B00BT59R5Y/ref=sr_1_10?dchild=1&ke...

I would actually buy those as the price is fair, but I will never need 50 of them  If only I could get half that many for just over half the price, I would buy immediately.

I use padded mailers, have never had a problem shipping CDs in them.

Agreed. I know jewel cases are kind of brittle, but if you need peace of mind, sandwiching the case between two slightly larger pieces of cardboard (with the ribbing of one at right angles to the ribbing of the other if possible) will make the padded envelope very resistant to bending. If the case is shrinkwrapped, that also will make it resistant to bending, so outer cardboard over that might be overkill.
