Buying with Paypal. Shipping address issue.

Hello everyone. Please forgive me for if this has been asked before, but I rather see that someone helps me with my current problem.

I'm currently looking for some items that I want to buy using my Paypal balance. My issue is that I've seen before and searched through the eBay community that the seller will always ship to the "Registered Paypal ship-to address", but nor my Paypal or I come from the US. My Paypal account was created in Venezuela and therefore I cannot change my "registered address" to a foreign country. That's against PayPal policies. I have a physically existent US-address in my eBay account primary shipping, and from there I would see that someone else sends the item to Venezuela once he has received the item.

So, my question is: When going to pay with PayPal balance (but the Paypal's account registered address is in Venezuela), will there be a problem if I still select my eBay shipping address (in the US) as THE actual address where I want the item to be shipped to?

I could be missing something here, because I am not always the most knowledgeable kid on the block, but, when I go to pay for a purchase, I see the registered address and am asked (forget the exact wording) if I want to change that address (like ship to a friend elsewhere, for example).  Can you not just follow those directions and change that address to the one where you want to receive your purchase?

You only have to change the "ships to" address.  I ship to family and friends all the time this way. On the payment page where it says "ships to" under your address there is a grey "change' click on that and put in the address you want. This will update to the correct S/H also, if you check "make this my default address" it will stay for future purchases, unchecked it will revert to the original after the purchase.

There will be no problem.  Sellers are required to ship to the address that is attached to the PayPal payment, but the buyer can change that address before they submit the payment.

On the payment page near the "ship to" address is a link where you can change it.  A buyer can ship to any name and address they choose.

Alternatively, you can temporarily change your Primary eBay address, so that appears as your shipping address throughout the transaction. This might be necessary if you are purchasing from a seller who doesn't ship to Venezuela and has blocked transactions from buyers who are in locations he doesn't ship to

Yeah, I'm in agreement on this... I am assuming the OP is buying via Ebay and paying via PayPal... you can change the Ebay ship to address when making payment on the Ebay screen. I have done that a few times when sending purchases as gifts to family
