I have shipped an item that was going to be delivered 4/28. It now says business closed and has been stuck there since the 28th. Will this be redelivered or returned to me. If returned to me the seller, how do i proceed? Refund? Resend?

I've had those that say "business closed". It just means the business wasn't open when they tried to deliver. It should probably update as delivered or let your buyer know what is going on in case the post office is holding it for him to pick it up or for him to reschedule delivery. If it's a small business it may have irregular hours.

It was delivered on Monday, but didn't get a delivery scan.
Hopefully, you did not try to contact your buyer to confirm delivery: It's best not to wake a sleeping chihuahua.

Not knowing the tracking number how do you know this? IF you do know the tracking number (?) how do you know it was delivered Monday if the tracking doesn't say it was delivered?
