Buyer purchased an item and claiming the sizing is that for a child (it's not but that is not the point). I sold the item under the conditions "no returns accepted". However, I want the buyer to be happy and not leave negative feedback. Under the circumstance, I would like to accept a return for this item and resolve the issue with the buyer. Is this even possible for the buyer to initiate the return? Do I need to change anything? I do not see any way on the original item details to change the policy to accept retuns. Please advise.

If they haven't opened a case yet, it's up to you to accept the return or not.
Tell the buyer to ship it back and you'll refund their money.
If you deny the return, they might open an Item Not As Described case, then you would be stuck paying return shipping.
