Buyer wants to return saying a part is missing...when clearly in pictures the item is there!!!

Ok I pretty much know that EBay always go with the  buyer on refunds......

Just want some feedback on this situation:

Buyer says: "The transformer has been cut out of this. Please see the photo see the short red wires for the transfer is been cut. the transfer is an integral part of this unit and it will not work without it".

Clearly when looking at the listing, you can see in 4 of the pictures that the "transformer" is connected.

Any suggestions??

Thank You in Advanced!!

The pictures don’t prove anything. If they opened a return request, accept the return.

Has the buyer filed a SNAD complaint?

Ask them to take a picture themselves of the item and upload it to the case.

If it shows the tranformer is there, call in and have the claim denied.

Pictures in the listing don't mean a thing.  It's what the buyer has (or claims to have) that matters.

OK kids, time to get the Dodge loaded up again. I hear 'Poppy's By the Tree' calling. This trip might be a long one too.

The buyer is not required to provide pictures.
