I sold a NWT Shirt to a buyer for $19/free shipping. They received it and said it was lovely but it bunched up on one side (it's a wrap top) and was unwearable. They said they would send it back to me or just throw it away and asked for a refund their money.
I will refund their money, but want the item back - I think it just doesn't fit them well, because it didn't appear to be defective. Do I need to send them a paid Mailing label, and if so, how do I do that if they haven't opend a SNAD case? I've never had to deal with something like this before.

If they haven't opened a return request you dont need to do anything. If they open a return request, just accept the return.
