Buyer wants to return broken items bought Sept 7 today Oct 12th

4 ornaments, 2 broken. Buyer bought Sept 7th, emailed Oct 9th. Has not returned item, has not started claim. I packaged very well, they were all packaged in their own box and I also packaged in box. They have had these ornaments for over a month now, anything could have happened. But now she wants to return them because they are broken. 

Does she have a claim? 

Any suggestions. Thank You

Stop with the scare tactics. The buyer is well beyond their timeframe to file a claim on eBay they will not win. Any negative feedback will likely be removed. They can file a claim with PayPal but will need to return the item at their own expense unless the seller can get a PayPal credit as they may handle it differently due to the nature of the item, as for the CC, chargebacks are not easy to win, especially when the request is made in an unreasonable period of time for unreasonable reasons.
