Good evening! This morning I sold a video game on eBay. The buyer immediately paid and I promptly packed it up and shipped dropped it off at the post office.
The game was Red Dead Redemption 2 (you can view it here) but it only included the data disk, case, and map (it was a copy found in the trashcan in a college dorm after college moveouts). The listing's title, images, and description made it explicitly clear that that was all that was included. The description stated this exactly - "Red Dead Redemption 2 - DATA DISK ONLY. You will need the Play disk in order to play the game! Do not buy unless you know what you’re getting." I feel like that it pretty clear?
Additionally, the item was listed as "No returns."
But about an hour ago, the buyer said he didn't read the listing carefully and wants to cancel the order.
Already paid, already shipped, no returns. What are my options?
Thanks!

Tell the buyer it's to late to cancel because it's already been shipped.

Will do! Thank you. I just wanted to know if that was okay to do.

...he might open a NAD case after he received your package...this is another theory that you also should concern...
...ash him if he could refuse the package when it deliveries...he SHOULD NOT ATTEMPT to open it or else HE WILL BE FORCED TO PAY FOR RETURNING POSTAGE by USPS...

Usually I wouldn't recommend going against listing terms because someone failed to read the listing. However for this case I would take the return. I know it was disclosed clearly and explicitly in the listing, but I think this is a unique scenario for a video game (having a data disc + a play disc). It's not worth the headache in this case.
