Buyer starts a item not received but the tracking shows item delivered

A buyer won several auctions paid right away then wanted to cancel 2 days later package was shipped .

Then I receive a item not received notice but the tracking shows received.

What can I do?

Go into the Item Not Received case and enter the tracking number into the case. 

Basically, respond to the case and then wait. You will win the INR if the carrier tracking shows as delivered.
