First time this has happened....what's the point of starting a return and then not returning.
Buyer had until Sept 16 to ship back and has not done so, yet there's been No updates as to what to do next.
Anyone know?........

Sometimes life interferes, & ebay is no longer # 1 on a buyer's to do list.
Buyer can still file on PayPal, which provides 180 days.

don't ask for ebay to step in.
it will automatically close after 45 days.

Bad advice, call E Bay have it closed, all the while it remains open at any time a buyer can still upload a tracking number and it activates, I've had it happen, officially if it's not in the post by the 6th business day you can call to close in your favor, I left it one time, on the 20th day tracking suddenly appears and i am instructed to refund as normal on receipt even though it was well overdue. Don't take the risk, Call and close it out.

Waiting it out is probably best...
the last time I called ebay they did the exact opposite of what they said they would do. I don't trust any of them.
