Did you mean:

Buyer started a return, said the fan worked, left it on, and in the morning was not working.

Here's my situation: Message Seller sent to buyer returning the item.

Ok, the item that was "returned" according to USPS Tracking #9405503699300214221979, was delivered, we never received it. Plus the package originally sent to you weighed 34lbs, 35 x 17 x 14, would not have been able to fit in the mailbox.
Also according to USPS tracking information #9405503699300214221979 at Ravensdale, Wa. Post Office, the package weighed only 1 lb when sent from Alhambra, Ca. and the cost to ship was $7.45.

THe actual package I sent to you was 35 x 17 x 14 weighing 34lbs.
The post office said to ask you for a different tracking # ???
I am not sure exactly what is going on here??
Do you have any input on this??

Have not heard back from the buyer, yet.

Any comments on this? Help!!!

Are you the buyer or seller?

Obviously the wrong tracking number

has been entered for the return, if buyer doesn't respond timely, contact customer service to discuss and review the issue.

No. Not obviously the wrong tracking number.

buyer should have photoshopped a different address on to the label and sent a small piece of junk to WA.

so you sold a fan weighing 34 lbs and the buyer returned something which weigh less and tracking said delivered but you never receive it.

Call your post office for more details asto where it was delivered>

did you giive the buyer a return shipping label?

one common scheme is to ship something back to an address in the seller zipcode.
