Buyer sent back item after I denied the return request.

I clearly list my items with no returns accepted. This one buyer bought an item and she did not realize it was the wrong part she needed. So she requested a return, I denied it and she sent it back anyway. I contacted eBay and they said I do not need to do anything after i refused to return the request and item is closed. I told the customer I would give her a partial refund; minus shipping, seller fees and paypal fee. That is not good emough, she said she wants a full refund, because I listed it with free shipping or she will report me for non-payment. I am afraid she will leave me negative feedback; what should I do?

The feedback would qualify for removal since she is demanding something not in the listing--a return and a full refund. You can issue the partial refund or you can deny her anything and tell her to send a prepaid label if she wants the item back.

There is nothing for the buyer to report.

Although a "No Returns" policy on eBay is the best return policy right now, it doesn't protect you as a seller as it should. You lucked out that the buyer opened a buyers remorse return.

Since the return case is closed (in your favor), I would block and ignore. I would not communicate anymore. If the buyer leaves you negative feedback, you may be able to have it removed.

Did the buyer send it back with tracking? (does it show delivered?). Theoretically the buyer can open a return through PayPal, but once they lose the case in eBay, they typically lose the case in PayPal AND even if they did win, they would have to prove they sent it back.
