I sold an item that shows the buyer selected USPS Parcel Select Ground, but that option doesn't appear in the list. I can't select it.
USPS Parcel Select Ground is one of the options I gave for shipping, but why can't I select it?
Has anyone else had this problem? What did you do to fix it?

You might try using PayPal to print your label. eBay seems be trying to discourage the use of USPS parcel select.

Check the cost of shipping for your online label for "Priority".
It may be nearly the same price.
Priority is an upgrade, and you are allowed to do that unless the item requires "ground" shipping.
Parcel Select may show if you click on "Compare all services" and scroll down

Most likely parcel select is hidden by eBay to encourage you to choose priority. However priority is typically the same price and will arrive sooner, so it's better in your case to select priority. Best of luck to you....

Yeah, I might consider using Paypal if eBay won't let me. Do you know if there are any advantages or disadvantages to using Paypal over eBay?
I wonder why eBay would be discouraging people from using it. This is the first time this has happened to any of my orders.

Yes, I've already checked Compare all services, it doesn't show up.
Priority costs a tiny bit more. I might consider it. Thanks.

Do you know why eBay would rather encourage people to use priority? This is the first time this has happened to any of my orders. Did they change something in their policy recently?
Priority is a little bit more than select ground on this order. I will have to eat that cost, but it's not a big deal. Is it ok to use a plain brown box instead of a USPS priority box?
