Buyer selected USPS Parcel Select Ground, but the option isn't there to print the label

I had some items for sale in irregular boxes and I listed the shipping as USPS Parcel Select Ground, which was given as an option.  The buyer paid for the shipping and when I went on the page to print out the label, all the info was there under customized packaging, the weight and measurements of the box, but there is no option to select USPS Parcel Select Ground.  Instead of PSG being the first thing to select, Priority Flat Rate Envelope is there and I did scroll down and click on view all services.  This has happened twice this week.  What do I do?

Some suggest using PP for the label.

Some suggest that if you check the Priority rate there may be little difference in cost, and Pri includes insurance.

Some items need to go by ground services.

I have been using Parcel Select Ground for months.  Yesterday and today, two items I sold  had that option for shipping and the buyer paid for that option, yet when I went to print out the label, that option is not in the list and it was there 2 days ago.

This is a relatively recent eBay glitch that is not affecting all sellers.

As noted in the other post, you can purchase your Parcel Select label through PayPal, but you might find that the cost of Priority Mail is about the same.

For instance, for weights up to 10 pounds (or maybe more), if you're shipping to Zones 1 - 4 then Priority costs literally ten cents more than Parcel Select, and shipping 10 pounds to Zone 8 via Priority costs 65 cents more than Parcel Select. And you get free insurance and maybe a box.  

And if you're a TRS, then eBay's 3% extra discount on Priority makes it cheaper than Parcel Select.

Parcel select is an option when listing, but when I print the label it comes out as a flat rate envelope.  It turns out that the buy is paying only for the flat rate envelope, and I get stuck with $20 in shipping fees.

This just happened to me too!  Curious if you contacted eBay about this and if they had any answer.
