Buyer says ups package not received

Tracking shows delivered. Case opened. How do I contact ups to have them check the actual gps location where it was delivered to? Shipping bought through eBay

First reply to the case with the tracking number. That should get it closed.  You can go to ups.com to have them look into the delivery.

I added the tracking that eBay already had to the case, what I wanted to do was have ups check the GPS location of the delivery to try to help the buyer, as the shipping was bought through eBay I do not know how to do that.
