Buyer replied by email thru eBay that an item he purchased shows delivered but he didn't receive it. The item was shipped USPS Priority Mail. How can I help the buyer,
Your buyer could ask his/her carrier (or the clerks at the PO) for the exact gps location where your package was left. If it happened to be with a neighbor, etc., maybe your buyer could ask that neighbor for the package. Good luck.
